Notes
- •Shared Health and the Winnipeg-Churchill, Southern Health–Santé Sud, Prairie Mountain Health and Interlake-Eastern health regions each have their own MNU agreement, with the same text and the same pay scale. They cover registered nurses, registered psychiatric nurses, licensed practical nurses, nurse practitioners and operating room technicians. Northern Health Region and Churchill nurses are on the higher northern scale (see the Northern Health tab). Personal care homes, First Nations employers and provincial civil-service nurses have separate agreements.
- •Rates are printed to three decimal places; the table rounds them to the cent. Each 1 April increase applies from the first full shift on that date, and the 1 April 2027 rates are already set.
- •Full-time hours are 7.75 a day, 77.5 a fortnight and 2,015 a year; the agreement's annual salary is the hourly rate × 2,015. An 8-hour shift pays 7.75 hours, a 12-hour shift 11.63 and a 10-hour shift 9.69.
- •Full-timers move up a step each year on their anniversary; part-timers after 1,343 hours (and at least a year); casuals every 2,015 hours. The Year 15, 20 and 25 steps are 2% above the top step, 2% above the 15-year step and 3% above the 20-year step. A March 2025 memorandum lets casuals reach them at 30,225, 40,300 and 50,375 hours.
- •Nurses with 15, 20 or 25 years' service who are still below the top step have their own lifted 15/20/25-year scales, and Weekend Worker positions are paid 15% above their classification; neither is shown here. Graduate nurses awaiting registration are paid the Start rate less 8%. The triage premium ($2.00 an hour for hours assigned to triage, Art 1712, where the ED and urgent care premiums apply) isn't shown, as MyRoster doesn't calculate it.

Notes
- •Northern Health Region nurses, and Churchill nurses under the Winnipeg-Churchill agreement, are paid from a northern scale, 15% above the standard scale since 1 April 2025. The rest of the agreement matches the other MNU agreements.
- •The northern tables don't print Clinical Nurse Specialist or ORT II rows; those classifications are on the Standard Scale tab.
