Do I need a big following?

No. We care far more about authentic content and an engaged, relevant audience than a follower count. New and growing creators are welcome to apply.

Is there a cash bonus?

There may be — videos that really perform can qualify for a cash bonus on top of your free year. It depends on how the video does, and we’ll walk approved creators through how it works.

Which platforms can I post on?

TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube — wherever your audience actually is. You’re welcome to post across a few.

Can I apply from New Zealand or the UK?

Absolutely. MyRoster supports New Zealand (NZNO / Te Whatu Ora) and the UK NHS alongside every Australian state — and we’re especially keen to hear from NZ and NHS nurse creators right now.

How long does approval take?

Usually just a few days. We personally read and reply to every application.
