Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using MyRoster (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Use License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, I grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the App
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
  • Remove any proprietary notices or labels
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Transfer the license to another person

Wage & Roster Information Disclaimer

MyRoster calculates estimated pay using published Australian Award and Enterprise Agreement rates, penalties, allowances, overtime, tax, and superannuation. These calculations, and any wage rates shown on this website, are provided for general guidance and convenience only.

  • Estimates may not reflect your individual circumstances, employer policies, classification, or the most current agreement in force.
  • MyRoster is not financial, taxation, payroll, or legal advice, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any employer, union, government department, or industrial body.
  • Always confirm your pay against your official payslip, employer, or the relevant award/agreement. I am not liable for any decisions made, or losses incurred, in reliance on the App's estimates.

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Jamie Lollback and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The App is licensed, not sold, to you.

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or store within the App. By using the App, you grant me a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the App's functionality. I do not claim ownership of your content.

Friends / Shift Sharing

MyRoster's optional Friends / Shift Sharing feature lets you connect with colleagues and share when you are rostered to work. You are responsible for the connections you make and the information you choose to share, and for using the feature respectfully and lawfully. You may remove or block connections and delete your account at any time. See the Privacy Policy for how data in this feature is handled.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. I DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. I DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT WAGE ESTIMATES WILL BE ACCURATE. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, I SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

MyRoster may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective terms. Refund requests should be directed to Apple or Google. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Changes to the App

I reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. I will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

Changes to Terms

I may revise these Terms at any time. By continuing to use the App after changes become effective, you agree to the revised terms. Please review these Terms periodically for changes.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
