Good to know
- Add a whole break as one leave entry, from its first day to its last, weekends included.
- Leave added as one block is paid week by week, based on your FTE. Including the weekend doesn't add extra pay. Single sick days and long service leave work differently (see Add leave).
- Leave Loading shows for annual leave (and Long Service Leave) only, and starts off on every new entry. Turn it on later by editing the leave: the change covers the whole entry.
- A leave template keeps its Leave Loading setting (see the add leave tutorial).
- Part-day annual leave counts the hours you pick.
- The new FTE applies from the Effective Date you pick.
- Your award or employer decides whether you get leave loading and how much leave pays. You can ask AskAI what your award says.
- The dates, FTE and pay in this tutorial are an example.
- The hours and pay shown are an example.
