Good to know
- Allowances are opt-in: nothing is switched on for you. Switch on only the ones you actually receive.
- What you see depends on your job. Nurses and midwives see their state's allowances, paramedics and doctors see their own, and police allowances are worked out automatically from your rank.
- Some jobs have number boxes on the shift instead of a switch: hours (such as Lead Apron or Dispensing), interrupted crib breaks, or meals.
- Overtime has its own allowances (such as a meal allowance and In Charge) on the Overtime tab.
- On leave, only your Per Shift custom allowances show, paid per day.
- Per Week, Per Pay Period, Per Month and Annual custom allowances aren't on the shift form; they're added to your pay automatically.
- A custom allowance's Enabled switch pauses it without deleting it. Icon and Colour only change how it looks. To remove one, open it in Custom Allowances and tap Delete Allowance.
- Part-time amounts are worked out on your hours, so your figures may differ from the video.
- In Multi-Job mode, each job keeps its own allowance settings.
- Custom Pay Rules jobs only have custom allowances (see the Custom Pay Rules tutorial).
