Good to know

  • CPD Portfolio is for nurses, midwives, doctors and paramedics. Can't see it? Turn it on in Settings › Customise › Features › CPD Portfolio. Turning it off hides it but keeps your entries.
  • The target already filled in depends on your job and country. Change it if yours is different.
  • Show CPD indicator (Settings › Calendar) turns the cap on the roster on or off.
  • On a day with a shift, the day's details show a CPD card with its own + for another entry; tap an entry there to change it. The + on the Notes card under the roster also offers Log CPD.
  • Tap a photo under Evidence to view it; you can delete it from there.
  • Siri: say "Log CPD in MyRoster".
  • Multi-Job Mode: new entries go to your main job if it has CPD, otherwise to your first job that does. Stats can show one job at a time.
  • With entries from more than one year, the portfolio groups them by year.
  • Export can also cover This Month, This Year, All Time or Custom dates. A Spreadsheet opens in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets, with a total-hours row.
  • The entries, hours and dates in this tutorial are an example.
