        "Part-time and casual personal care assistants get a shift penalty only when the shift starts before 6:00am or finishes after 6:00pm (cl 23(b)(i)). Nurses get one on every qualifying shift.",
        "Overtime starts after 76 ordinary hours a fortnight, beyond your rostered hours on a shift, or after 10 hours on a shift for part-timers and casuals. Every shift is at least 3 hours (cl 20, 22).",
        "Annual leave is 5 weeks, or 6 weeks for shift workers. Leave loading is 17.5%, or for shift workers the weekend and shift penalties they would have earned if higher (cl 29(a), 29(d)).",
        "The agreement reaches its nominal expiry on 1 February 2027. It keeps applying after that date until it is replaced or terminated (cl 7).",
